Basic information regarding the processing of personal data

1. Data administrator

Studio Leon has not appointed a data protection officer.

3. Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing
a. Your data will be processed in order to provide additional commercial information regarding the Studio’s offer. Providing data is voluntary and allows you to obtain commercial information – the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been granted by you, in the event of not giving consent the personal data are not processed for this purpose.
b. Your data will be processed for direct marketing regarding the products and services of Studio Leon – the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been granted by you, if you do not give your consent, your personal information is not processed for this purpose.
c. Your data will be processed in order to provide services such as participation in a webinar – the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that this consent has been granted by you, if you do not give your consent, your personal information is not processed for this purpose
d. Your data will be processed in order to conduct the recruitment process for a given position – the legal basis for data processing is your consent given when completing the application form (application for a given position).

4. The period during which the data will be stored
The data will be processed for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Recipients of data
Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of Studio Leon, in particular IT service providers and accounting offices – such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with Studio Leon and only in accordance with the instructions of Studio Leon.

6. Data transfer outside the European Economic Area
Your data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.

7. The rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

  • access to your data
  • demand their rectification
  • demand their removal
  • requests to limit processing,
  • withdrawal of consent,
  • the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from Leon Studio your personal data in a file of commonly used format,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

8. Voluntary data provision
Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
Providing personal data for the purpose of considering possible complaints is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the acceptance and processing of complaints.

9. Data protection measures taken
a. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
b. We respect the right to privacy and care for data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
c. We have implemented data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.

10. Cookie files
a. The studioleon.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
b. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our sites to improve the functioning of the website, providing more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analitics, which records user behaviour on the site.
Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, it makes it possible to match ads addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within the Studio Leon company in order to optimize the activities.
c. Our website uses the following cookies:

  • “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the website; cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
  • “Performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of website pages;
  • “Advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

d. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. Instructions for managing cookies are available here.
e. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user expressly consented to this by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
